Don't use to order last minute gifts for children
I ordered a bear for my godchild, next day delivery with 2 days in lieu just in case. That was a week ago and I still don't have it. Their customer service is awful. I spoke to someone who was so precious she was more concerned about how she felt about my call than helping me. She couldn't care less that I'd ordered this for a child who wouldn't get it in time.

Con artists
Ordered with them it was meant to be free delivery and ended up getting charged delivery after I paid, I also ordered a scent and there is no scent inside I’ve emailed to ask about these issues and heard nothing back and the twitter team are useless.? will not be ordering online again as you may aswell be talking to a wall I think the online shop is ran by chimps

There is no customer service in this company.
I can not speak with anyone from customer service, tried to call and send emails several times. I've got 2 gift cards however can not use them online. it says zero balance, really unbelievable and ridiculous. I feel about wasting my time and money. I never ever buy anything from this company again.

Poor Disc Positioning/quality Placed an order a bear with…
Placed an order online for a bear with the included voice recording. The bear was ordered as a unique gift for a friend’s niece. Bear arrived and felt soft and looked the part on first reflection. We couldn’t allocate the disc at all. Originally we pressed the clearly marked foot thinking this would be the obvious place but no. Squeezed the bear bit by bit only to feel the soft filling and seems. After much frustration I had friends take a look who stumbled on a disc in its throat. You literally have to throttle the bear to find the disc, which required a lot of pressure for sound to emirate. Consideration should be part of the customer service offered on where the digital voice disc is placed. A child should have easy access via arms or legs.

Lack of compassion and common sense
I really do not like putting up bad reviews and I think this is a first for me but the way I was treated today in the blanchardstown Dublin store was horrible, I am a stage 4 cancer sufferer and I went into the store to get bears for my two young kids for their memory boxes, when I first asked the girl about recording a personal message she told me I had to stand on the main floor in front of everyone and record my message!!!! When I then asked her that I would prefer it to be in a quiet private area she sent me over to a corner with the recorder but when I recorded my voice all you could hear were the ppl talking in the background I then proceeded to asked her could I possibly get the teddy’s stuffed and sewed and bring the recorders with me and I would do my own recording at home in my personal space she told me that she could not do that as it was a health and safety issue!!!!!!! I’m sorry but I’m a 39 year old woman and I don’t think I’m going to eat them like seriously I have never been so heartbroken leaving a place after getting the courage over the last few weeks to make the trip to do this memory for my kids and to end up leaving with nothing.. I really think you need to educate you staff on compassion and maybe have a little area for personal recordings

Ordered online bear
Ordered online bear, order was despatched very fast, however we noticed that bear don’t have heart with beating sound it is missing at all and box came properly Broken,hovewer I paid for beating heart, luckily there was no other things missing, I tried to contact customer service but there is no response, send email also no response, very risky to order something from this store, you never know how it will came do something will miss, however bear is very beautiful but this little thing disappointed me

No support. Phone line's are not available. No response to email's. Luckily I managed to sort the issue myself in the end, although not perfect my daughter will be happy. I'm not and won't be ordering again!

Appalling quality items and service
Bought a bear in store and got home to find a ripped limb. Have tried contacting customer service about this problem many times over the last month with no reply! appalling quality items and customer service!!!

Ruined birthday gift
They changed the name of my daughters plush to some biblical character and never wrote the messages the family put on both plush’s certificates. Both plush’s also heavily smell of plastic, not cotton candy and birthday cake! One top of this of the plush’s was dressed in the wrong outfit when we asked for undressed plush’s. Really not pleased at all, the messages and name especially since we are not christian and that is not the name of my kid’s character.

Unsafe payment methods via the phone
Calls diverted outside of UK. I had a £10 gift card. Tried to use online but the transaction didn’t go through but he gift card was wiped to 0.. I called and was told the lady could do this on the phone. So we went through the order. We then got to the pay part but my bank security would not let her do the payment it wanted security codes which were sent to my phone. Which specifically stated not to share.
I told the operator this who got very moody with the fact I wasn’t willing to share.
I called my bank who said this is not a safe or legitimate way to pay for things and it seems the company hasn’t got a secure system to do customer orders it’s just them online shopping..?

I would stay away from online to help honest.

Missing Item & Non-Existent Support
Placed an order online for a bear as a gift. I purchased a voice box for said bear and followed the instructions to record the message through the phone system. For some reason the phone system would not detect my code for at-least 24 hours after the order was created which was troublesome (would be good if it worked instantaneously). Order then arrived quickly, but was missing a gift box paid for. I filled out a contact form on their website with no response after a week, and also never got a confirmation email that the form submission went through (bad customer service for the end user). Tried through Instagram to get in touch and was ignored. I then have found the email address for customer service and emailed recently but awaiting a reply still. All I want is the ordered gift box that should not have been missed in the first place, and less than impressed with the customer service.

Terrible service
Terrible service. I had a £10 gift card which I tried to use online. It didn't work so when I tried again it said my gift card balance was nil. I phoned the company and a lady suggested I purchase the items in cash then they would refund me the £10. I then received a message saying that £10 had been reloaded onto the gift card (which I no longer needed as I had paid in full and wanted the £10 refunded) Despite several emails no response. Their customer service is appalling. It appears that once they have your money they couldn't care less. I wont be shopping here again and would rather use the Disney Store as at least they deal with customer problems.

Absolutely terrible and not recognising…
Absolutely terrible and not recognising ID number to record a voice note, so bear will arrive blank basically paying about £30 for nothing. You ring their USA customer service number and they say call back tomorrow. You go to revord a voice ID and ut says sorry I don't recognise this.... Avoid

no customer service
On the 2nd of april i attempted to make a purchase using a gift card, the order failed to go through. But the balance has been removed from the gift card. When i call the customer service number it states the office is closed. When i call the gift card number I'm told they can't help and then transfer me to the number that is closed
